Wow! It all seemed obvious, but implementing these techniques is critical to success and/or peace of mind. I saw myself and others in this book, the strengths and the weakness of procrastination. The excuse of "being busy" is no longer an option for me. It's a choice. Prioritize and understand your decisions and why you are making them. I could not sleep all night because I felt like I was missing the time to catch up on some things. I can do something now for more free time later. It's a mind set.
