TLDR: Fun action packed superhero movie with an interesting conflict and plot that gets undermined by a poorly thought out ending.
2 stars if you care about internal consistency and logical consequences.
4 stars if you do not.

The first hour or two were pretty good, a bit campy, but in an intentional way. I enjoyed the action as well as the more serious underlying plot.
The character dynamics are fun to watch, but a lot of minor characters sort of feel like 80s stereotypes... this adds a sort of campy feel to the film, which may or may not work for you.
The villains are properly set up, in such a way that you can emphasize with their goals - or at least understand how they went astray.
This movie relies on the cursed wish trope, which I heartily enjoy, and it is fun seeing the consequences of this.
Unfortunately, the rules of how the magic works are not well explained. I got it, but those unfamiliar with the cursed wish trope that miss a few lines of dialogue may get confused.
The first 2 hours or so are fun and enjoyable.
Unfortunately, the ending undercut the build up and only arguably makes sense.
That ruined it for me, hence the two star review.
If you don't care about internal consistency this is probably a 3.5 star movie for you, but as someone who cared about logic, the ending ruined this the entire film for me.
