If you’re in the mood to smile, have fun, laugh, and watch a fun cast have fun being awesome, this is for you. Many badass action, funny dialogue, great cgi, and interesting characters who actually do more than just exist. The characters we are supposed to care about are all active in the story and add to it as well as the other characters. Not really remembering anything about the first movie, it didn’t matter. You pick up fast where you left off. Jonas is the same badass and his friends are better than they were last time. More interesting, more active in the story, more fun, and more enjoyable. It seemed to me that everyone making this movie had fun. It’s obviously not supposed to be a fantastic perfect story, but it’s a fun one. It’s entertaining, I found myself, for an upscale action movie, pretty invested. I had a lot of fun. I think that the enjoyment of this movie comes from you just letting yourself have fun watching funny characters do badass things. This movie isn’t the greatest, of course. It’s not supposed to be. It’s not trying to be anything. It isn’t preachy, modernized, trying to send any message, irritating at all, or made by people who think they are better than you. It’s just a good action movie trying to be exactly that. Well acted, pretty well written, fun, funny, awesome, entertaining, and a feel good movie.

One of the best movies I’ve ever seen. I must have cried in the theatre at least 4 or 5 times. This movie blew me away. It was unbelievably emotional, suspenseful at the right times, and had almost no faults. I don’t remember a single bad thing about the movie. An emotional roller coaster that I will never forget.
