I watched it as a kid. And didn't watch if for many years because all I was left with were tears and good memories at the time. It was bittersweet to see Gruff go. I loved him just as much as Fawn did. To those who hasn't watched the movie, I'd say give it a try. Don't bother reading the one star reviews here, they're absurd.
