With all the success with sword and sorcery flicks like Conan the Barbarian, Sword and the Sorcerer, Red Sonja, Warrior Queen, Fire and Ice, etc. Beast Master took another direction such as Dar being one in mind with the beasts instead of just merely slaying and or eating them. Those humanoid like creatures with no mouths freaked me out the first time I saw them and what they were capable of. Good thing Dar had that hawk. The only thing that slightly outdid them were Maax's witches. The bods were nice, but them faces: Beyond melted butter. Overall I enjoyed this flick and I can watch it multiple times without growing bored of it and it had palnty of well seasoned as well as rising stars. Wish the sequels and series did better✨
