Overall the plot is a wonderful one yet falls short of some reality in that the charges were exaggerated for someone with no record and a justified reason to free herself from horrific abuse.
Not that murder isn’t a crime and punishable by law... but life in prison without the possibility of parole? And the DA hell bent on choosing THIS case to make a name for himself?
Not very believable but I get the point.
