The Doctor seems different from all the other ones I've watched so far (9, 10, 11, 12). I'm not really sure what it is, but there's something missing. Also, I feel the writing should be improved.
There should be one of those two episode stories as well. :)
Right now though, I'm hoping that New Years special or whatever will live up to my expectations.
