This movie is ridiculous. Shows promise at first with the introduction of two rival high schools in different towns, one poor and one rich. But that goes out the window quickly and has no significance past the 15 min mark. Tries too hard to be nostalgic with an extremely over-budget soundtrack, many songs from well past 1994. The dialog/expressions sound more like 2000's. It's supposed to be a cheesy slasher flick, so I can't fault the nonsensical logic of the characters, but the movie's primary sell is the 90's theme and it's executed very poorly. Has a few gruesome murder scenes and some mildly funny one-liners, but that's about all worth mentioning
