The script and delivery feels like everyone is in an improv group with an added laugh track to avoid the painful awkwardness.

I really enjoyed the Kingdom series, so finding this as a standalone movie under the same genre was great. Western media is saturated with zombie movies because despite all sharing similar premises, they're still fun and this is no exception. If you're looking for to get invested in character development, Kingdom is a must but if you merely want a taste and have 2 hours to kill, this won't disappoint. And just to be clear, they are not set in the same universe.

More thriller than horror, atmosphere was very enjoyable for what it is. Some people may not like the orchestral film score, I find it nostalgic and I thought the lore, the buildup, and effects were great. I usually don't leave reviews but I felt like this deserved a mention.
