It’s really good. Must admit I do fast forward thru the gore and battles (kind of boring and don’t like the gross parts) but the storyline and background is very binge worthy. And the historical aspects are super in interesting. (Wow, what we’re humans like 1200 years ago??!) There are great supporting characters as well! Ok ... now the main character, I have to admit Uhtred is addictive! He has that LOOK- the blue eyes, the mouth, the kindness underneath, the strength- very sexy, can’t help myself!! And he’s not just a pretty face; he’s honest, true to those he loves, harsh when he needs to be, and brave (and I prefer brown to blue eyes in real life) but...oh that look!!! However- please- makeup team, please have Uhtred stop wearing so much EYELINER! Please- makeup team- please- it’s distracting!!
