Saying that it's only a page-turner would be a big understatement, the seven husbands of Evelyne Hugo is much more than that. Throughout the story, I gained a lot of wisdom that after reading it, I implemented in my personal life. We're all concerned about what others think of us, but we never prioritize what we really want or love. Evelyne had to always let down the love of her life just to please people and protect her name, but later she learns a very tough lesson. I loved the way the author knew well her characters, she made us crawl into their skins and kept us there. If you haven't read this book, I don't know what you're waiting for. After this masterpiece, you'll change your opinion about Hollywood. You'll start to wonder why they say "What happens in Las Vegas stays there" instead of "What happens in Hollywood stays there." Can't wait to read Daisy Jones and the six!
