I couldn’t put this book down, I needed to know how it ended. I love Paolini’s work, especially Inheritance, but I found it hard to picture the characters and their lives. Some parts, especially the dreams Kira had, left me confused; I didn’t really understand what the dreams were supposed to reveal and I was hoping for more of an explanation, but that fell short. I would have loved to have more of a reveal on the Soft Blade’s prior life and the Entropists were really intriguing, but again I feel like their stories fell short/were left out.
