Alisyn, I just watched your story about the dog leash incident in Central Park. It was disturbing enough to see an obviously racist rant, and then you said it was a little extreme to have to surrender the dog. Did you not notice that during the entire duration of this rage filled incident the dog was being choked, most of the time held by its collar with its front feet off the ground, to the point of struggling for breath? Of course the dog should be surrendered back to the rescue organization, and perhaps animal cruelty charges filed.
