I have read so many reviews on this show stating that it’s “rewriting and masking the history”, but I think they missed the point. This is a fantasy of what could have been. I don’t think anyone would watch this show and believe it to be true at all when we still live in a world where racism and homophobia are still very rampant. I loved the story line, it was so amazing fantasizing what could have been. Loved every minute of it.
