Say what you will about how the source material was a simple story for kids. But I believe that Ron Howard and Jim Carrey captured a piece of the holiday season with this movie. Few things now a day stay with someone as fond memories of joy and warm feelings, but How The Grinch Who Stole Christmas is certainly one of them.
