I was hooked from the start! This movie is a masterpiece for Tamil cinema (I am trying not to sound cliché) Talking about cliché, this movie broke that word, I guess you guys have to watch the movie to find out what I mean. If you are a film enthusiast this movie will not fail to please you as every frame is beautiful; specifically, to name a few: the story, editing, colouring, and lighting in this movie keeps you in the mood. The casting is perfect. Arguably, the duration of the movie seemed to be long, at a run time of 2hours 51mins, but that should not be a problem because Tamil cinema needs change. A movie at this calibre needs more time for the audience to feel the impact. I do agree, this movie is a slow burn but worth it. For the average audience, this film may seem quiet underwhelming, yet interesting as the story is the captain of the ship. Suggestion for you guys; take some time and watch the movie. WARNING! This series will keep you soo hooked to the characters, that us, the audience will feel like we are either the protagonist or antagonist, allowing us to cosplay along. One of the best character and story-driven series. The writers have made sure the audience gets a taste between both worlds; a detective obsessed with a psychopath and a psychopath obsessed with a detective. This story will not disappoint many but again its acquired taste. #BINGE-WORTHY!
