I loved the intention. But I don’t think the victims will be the ones wielding power and holding the guns. I think governments will turn the military against their own people and protect the wealthy and the powerful. In the end, those with tanks and bombs will rule. It will come to armament. North Koreans have a large population of hungry and displaced. They don't rise up. They don't win. They die. Slowly. Why would climate change produce a different kind of down trodden? If you have no means of winning against heavy war machines, you're dead.
