This movie really surprised me when I saw it in 1977. It was shot in the area where I live. The town scenes are in Wokingham, the stables is Foxhill, where I went for riding lesson, they also hired out horses, horse drawn vehicles and other props. for movies.
Also the suspense is amazing.
Definitely worth a look.
