Movie was rushed. claims to be based on the book, but in reality is nothing like the book. All about women power, honesty just felt like a people pleasing movie for sensitive Sallys. Honestly the movie gave me second hand embarrassment. If they didn’t wanna stick with the original storyline of the book they could have tried harder to make it more interesting. But there was no effort put in at all. The plot was missing. The movie was NOT compelling. The movie was NOT visually pleasing. I can say without a doubt if I was like 4 or 5 I would probably be “OKAY” with this movie, but not crazy about it, and that says a lot. Any other version is better than this. I said what I said
