Hello everyone. I'm generally not the kind of person who goes about writing long reviews. But before watching the movie I thought let's just refer some reviews. Guess what?? All the reviews are just paid ones... Full of lies and deceit. My honest review... This movie is - "BAKWAAS" No story, no build up of any emotion. Itne senior actors ko leke itna gande tarike se dikhaya hai... Ki poocho mat... Zabardasti ke purane songs thoos diye... As if they are trying to cash-in on nostalgia... I did not find anything wrong in the Ladoo ad which was unnecessarily blown out of proportion... If u had to create a stir... Plz apply your minds and treat it a bit sensationally... The romance of Ranveer & Alia was portrayed so badly... As if the crew was in a hurry to leave for the success party... (Which obviously was never achieved... 😏) Karan Johar... Well what to say... Probably he did not have the time to direct the film... (Seems like the work of his assistants) Big sets... Heavy costumes... Foreign locations... Rich appeals... The assistants could make out only this much of Karan's caliber... All in all the bottom line... Treat and portray emotions with respect and the movie will expressly reciprocate the respect... For the audience - DON'T WASTE TIME IN THIS MOVIE. (Rather watch rerun of some old SITCOM)
