I watched the film yesterday and it made me realise that God in His infinite mercy and love approached Faustina and she heard, listened and saw Jesus. She happily became a nun to serve Him and saw His vision and divine mercy and was relentless in getting His picture painted according to His instructions.
It made me realise that God wants us all to realise how much He loves us and how merciful He is. We just need to trust in Him especially when the going gets difficult.
The only criticism I have of the film is that it has been shown in UK for 1 day only and at a very late hour of 8.20pm on a Tuesday when most of us are tired after our day's work. Also the film has been shown at select cinemas and not advertised however I was keen to watch it and wrote to the cinema asking when it would be shown, they kindly replied and sent me the booking link. To my suprise the tickets were more expensive than normal cinemas.
I felt it was very discouraging not to advertise the film of the greatest superhero Jesus from being watched - if it was advertised and shown for a few more days, there would have been a wider audience and also the tickets could have been priced reasonably. Really bad whosever decision this was!
