THIS IS A STRICTLY FUN MOVIE. The cast and direction was impressive that the language was short and script was short, like a silent film direction, the job got done, for what it is. Full mode to the homemade creatures for the period,1 zillion b.c., not much was known except a 8 year old kid's perception of dinosaurs with a little cannabis conception of a stoned older brother.
We learned how fire was used, and stolen, and moved from place to place. Stealing the women from one tribe, and back, was a good fill. A little morality was kicked in for trueness to the group and toward monogamy. Chiropractics were discovered as the way to assume upright physical stature of humans.Or we're they? This could be an educational film for 9th grade health education classes. The teamwork scene of fishing by holding tight the legs of the fisherman who was underwater catching fish with their bare hands was entertaining.
This stuff was definitely made up on the fly. The editors must have had tough times with the script and film editing.
Richard Moll was a very impressive hairy man like frustrated creature in the ice caves. He should have gotten a gold star for his performance.
In short, it was stupid, flowing, and fun!
