I was asking help from Shepard bush Underground central line25/2/22 afternoon male member of staff to help my heavy shopping trolley in the step .he told me he had knee pain he don't want to get worst. he doesn't want to help me .busy station they need to fix a lift for people having a trolley or wheelchair or baby push trolley. I used a lot of time shepherd bush underground many people struggle like me. It is better to improve fix a new lift system.or healthy staff who can help people .
