"He came from Nothing. He conquered Everything" Except they never show where he came from or what/how he conquered. This movie had very little to do with the historical Napoleon. You learn little of his childhood, background, rise to power, tactical brilliance, political maneuvering, or really anything that makes Napoelon Napoleon. Instead you get a messy romance with his wife and fake historical sequences such as him shooting the pyramids. If they advertised this as a shakesperean drama about his relationship about Josephine I would be less frustrated.
