Next year will mark my 7th decade watching the Caped Crusader, I am a self proclaimed Batman expert and historian..IMO this is the best Batman movie ever made, Tom Hardy is incredible, as always....the direction, script was tight, story, locations, cast, and last but not least it is visually unequaled in the franchise. It is the highest grossing Batman movie ever made, highest of 2012, 27th all time in film history, 12th at the time and on a final note..1.4 million Amazon viewers have given this film an 8.4 rating, and friends, it does not get any higher than that.

I feel like Mr.Hand in Fast Times.........What are u people? on dope? There is no point, no story, no acting, no objective. Somebody owed somebody HUGE! My favorite trivia fact of this film is the fact that it won the Oscar for costume design? Really, they wore leather straps, metal, sheets,etc. My GOD, Edith Head had to be rolling in her grave. Have we let our expectations really sink this low?

The scene where they discuss My Fair Lady, etc., I found particularly clever because they were in that same based-themed film..with a touch of all the classics that I like,.The Avengers, HM Secret Service, NASA satellites, The legendary Michael Caine grew up in a place tougher than this and he did alright....BTW..I always did wonder where John Steed acquired his wardrobe, especially Emma Peel`s..I guess the ladies shop was down the street?

I Agree with Hetvi Shaw`s review to the letter, outstanding writing and a biting wit. To say this movie is ANTI-CLIMATIC is like saying the Pacific Ocean is.....moist Tommy Lee had all the great lines, but the one that affected me the most because first, I`m a Jones and Cohen fan and secondly it made me think of the makers of this film when he asked, Who are these people?

Very good movie, even if you don`t like baseball or sports. The core of the movie is age, and how fast life goes by....and some would say a wasted life? Also, it unfortunately reminds people like me that not all men become the man they had once hoped they would be.

Saw this movie 40 yrs ago a the drive-in, some of u wont know what the hell that is, its watching a movie from inside your car, drink a cool one, roll a fat one, and cop a feel with your free hand, anyway this is a cool movie, very rare as to availability, never seen anything like it, if someone has one they could copy and sell on line, I wouldnt say this much about it but if u like Rolling Thunder, Valdez is Coming, that kind of justice mixed with revenge theme, now bear in mind the budget on this was small but that dosent mean anything, its a good movie and I am going strictly by memory. Bill Cook
