On bus 16 home, my app couldn't open so the lady drive told me she had to go I can catch the next bus. I told her no and she rudely sent me to go at the back and sort it out. Got my app working n paid!! So I told her she needs to be more kinder and she yelled at me saying if I'm rude I might not travel. Teach your drivers people skills please. I'm tired and didn't need all this drama....
