I was sick and tired of all the Bollywood movies. It is about time they started showing the South Indian side of the country. The movie is refreshingly good, no stupid fights, insult to castes, etc. It was a good romantic movie with its twists and turns. Sania Malhotra, though a Punjabi, has really transformed into a Tamil girl and her acting was superb. Abhimanu is also great; he does look the part of a modern Tamil guy. People may find fault but I thoroughly enjoyed it. Having been lived in Madurai for a while I could relate to the location shots. The cinemaphotography was esxcellent. On the whole the director has done a fantastic job. I would love to see more and more movies from Bollywood with stories from the South.
