Before getting started, in my opinion there are two kinds of og fan, the one who stopped watching the cartoon at season 4-5 and the one who still are watching, and i feel like ppl of the 1st category are mostly the one who are hating on this adaptation unlike the one i call the « real fans », of course they are exceptions but thats how i see things, ppl of the 1st category didn’t even bother to make some searches and assumes its a reboot, when its adaptation, id actually go and say its an alternative universe of winx. With that being said, i really liked the show, i found it enjoyable and aesthetically pleasant, i loved the mature tone and how they made the characters more mysterious and interesting, it also had these plot twists that makes u beg for more. Overall id give it a 7.5/10, i hope we’ll get a season 2!!
