Using a hand to as a medium to connect with other world. That is new. Better than average hollywood horror movies. Good storytelling, straight storyline. No plot twist or mindblowing moments. No unnecessary cgi used. However, I hope for a more scary creepy haunting scene which is not existing. Still, worth to watch.

Useless human character Noah. Terrible human casting choices. These human character feels like a character you can just discard within first 10 minutes after movie started. Weak plot; ask human help to retrieve the key> then found out there is second key> fight villains > villains stole the key > ask human help to find the second key > villian stole the key > fight villains again People said Michael Bay version sucks. Well, this one way way worse. At least, the first 3 MBay version are solid.
