I have a sincere advice for the Government of Trump on this issue of Coronavirus . The Government will do well by advising all landlords to allow their tenants not to pay house rent till this pandemic is over. On the interim and because some landlords depend on the rent payment for their daily living, the Government can take up the responsibility of about half payment to the landlords till everything is normal again and jobs restored. I believe this will go a long way to help the citizens from developing depression that will further enhance the effect of coronavirus on their systems, indeed this is indeed an abnormal situation
