If I’m being perfectly honest i prefer the actual series instead of the movie. The kids where useless and only made it out from pure luck. Sure they were great actors and actresses but they didn’t use any of their skills that were addressed in the novels like violets great inventing skills or klaus’s smarts or even Sunnis teeth that can chew threw even the hardest of objects. It just wasn’t as good and just felt extremely rushed out of the whole thing. If you want to watch the movie instead of the whole series then i think you should since the whole plot was alright and entertaining but if you want to get a feel for the whole thing then i strongly recommend the series.
