Long, tedious, and uninteresting. Character motivations were thin at best, if not entirely non-existent. The main villain wanted... more? That's all that was ever said. The final confrontation is not a battle, but rather an appeal to the humanity of billions of people who, only MOMENTS earlier, were wishing themselves vast riches and the destruction of their enemies. But of course, when Diana mentions something about the beauty of life, everyone recants their greed immediately. It's a shame because I genuinely enjoyed the first movie. I thought the love interest in the first film humanized Diana without making her weak. But it does the opposite in this film, and it's extraordinarily out of character. Speaking of out of character, they expect you to believe that Barbara went from "I want to be liked" to "I want to be an apex predator" with no explanation. And the way they "deus ex machina" Diana's ability to... turn things invisible?... and fly... out of nowhere. It undercuts her existing strengths for the sake of a plot device. It would have made more sense if Trevor just taught her how to fly the invisible jet that she's literally famous for flying in the comics. Also, they really need to do some research on how radar works. I really can't think of anything to like in this film.
