It’s almost stupid, but it’s not quite good enough to qualify that high. I’ll remember Matt Angel and remember not to watch anything with his name involved. Sad part is it could’ve been a good movie. What a waste of time. I honestly believe it took some effort to produce something of this caliber. I give it a one since you can’t give it a zero or negative rating.
