Terrible movie that is way too long. You could watch the first 15 and last 15 mins and skip the rest, but I would recommend not to waste any of your time with this movie. There's about 10 mins of what could pass as 'action' in this so-called 'occult horror movie's. Undeveloped characters, boring dialogue and well dressed sets that don't really serve a purpose other than to be a backdrop for another fucking spooooky book collection. If you want to watch a good occult themed horror movie, go for Hereditary or the original Wicker Man. Depp's acting is flat and as monotone of a performance as you could expect, and everyone else is just as forgettable. Only good thing I can say about this movie is that the costumes look good, especially in the ending sequence that takes over 90 mins to get to. If you're gonna watch any film directed by this notorious creep, make it 'Rosemary's Baby's.

A super fun movie that feels like a combination of the toxic avenger, fear and loathing and kill bill. Faithful to the comic stories and the soundtrack is amazing, including everything from richard hell to bjork. Highly recommend this movie to anyone who likes punk culture and gritty comics.
