Ridley Scott should probably stop making films about history because he clearly knows nothing about it and cares even less. Nice uniforms and a few good battle scenes even if they bare no resemblance to reality or battles of the time. Worst part is Napoleon charging about on a horse and fighting at the battle of Waterloo. What an absolute load of tosh. Not particularly well acted either. Probably wouldn't bother wasting 2 and half hours watching it if you are actually interested in Napoleons life.
