This is a great documentary. I also listen to the direction provided by Dr. Jason Fung. My daily eating plan is to eat no sugar (cookies, ice cream, etc.) and no bread, rice, potatoes (carbs). And to eat less in general, basically intramentent fasting. I've lost 25 pounds over the last 3 months. I'm finally at a healthy weight for a dude, 173 pounds at 6' in height. Please know I walk, or play golf two or three times a week. When I golf, I carry my clubs, the whole 18, and I'm 60 years old. I do splurge once a week or so. When I do splurge I eat pizza, pasta, nachos, deep fried chicken, but just once a week, and I do LOVE these foods! If you've got weight to lose, stop eating carbs, and eat less, and do the fasting thing, this just works. Being hungry is OK, I'm hungry often. Don't let your hunger be in charge of your eating plan. Find some eating discipline, walk or play golf, and you'll love being leaner, and the way you look in the mirror. You also get to buy new clothes, that fit tighter, and you'll like (maybe love) your new look.
