Julie, I love your book. Thank you for writing it. Much has been done to change things but we still have a long ways to go. I don't have a gay child but I have friends that do. My heart breaks for them as they go through similar things your Ben experienced. God sent His son, Jesus, to teach us how to live. He has given us the Bible, and the Holy Spirit. We still can't get it right. It's simple, remember what we were taught and ....love everyone, respect everyone, forgive others, forgive ourselves and accept others forgiveness.
