Annoying characters. Stereotyping of American podcaster from Chicago. Makes him portrayed as an annoying frootloop all starry eyed for Ireland's mystical beauty and quite over the top. Really puts the character in a bad light which is unfortunate and offputting. Make me wonder if Ireland thinks we are all over the top annoying...which we are not. Maybe the Irish would find this humorous but I do not. I suspect most Americans would think the same.(And I'm Canadian and find this awful) The female lead is portrayed as a sourpuss annoyed with everything which is not endearing for her in this first episode. The support cast is much better at acting and given better characters than the leads. It's a shame I could not carry on with this, as my relatives are all from Dublin and have visited Ireland many times. I would have genuinely been excited and intrigued to see some of the little towns and countryside in this series however the characters put a halt to that. Could be much better written, better cast. Could be a great mystery, story, thriller etc but sadly is not. Try again!

Focused on her eating disorder and how it ruled her life before anything. Did not put her in a great light, making her seem manic depressive, unstable. Very dark and dreary view on the royal family and life there. Did not make it to the end. Turned it off.
