This show certainly gets the adrenaline going, I couldn't sit still in my chair watching it. Unlike most shows like this, the footage is completely uncensored so you see everything. Episode 3 where the cyclist rips his femeral artery....OMFG... You literally watch his friend put his hand inside the wound to stem the flow of blood. Deffo worth a watch if you are a first aider 😂. Not for those who are squeemish.
