I have been playing this game since 2016 and have never had issues until now. None of my games are saving because the new expansions are so buggy. I ended up having to try to reset the game and restore it from a backup file, and this did not work, so I just lost 7 years of progress due to EA's negligence. I am really disappointed because this has been my favorite game for years and now it's just kind of ruined. Not to mention I have spent hundreds of dollars to buy the expansion packs and game packs.
