Hi! please ignore the one star ratings, they’re mainly from homophobic conservatives that have an issue with the normalisation of general human rights but that’s not even what i’m leaving this review for. This film is wonderful - hilarious, heartfelt and leaves you with a poignant message regarding our world. I’m so proud to see Disney finally evolving past the need to cater to the outdated pandering of the right wing. The relationships feel fully evolved of all characters , without relying on generic homophobic or racist tropes many films in the past have held close to plot. Instead it opts for a magical narrative, one delving into parental relations and the struggle to find ones self. I recommend a watch if you really enjoy incredible character design and funny get emotive storylines.
