I really enjoyed an insight into the LA black community. (As a British white person). I found the whole series to be: insightful, engaging, emotional, funny, engaging, interesting and lots more. I really grew attached to the characters and loved that there was a happy ending for all characters, especially for Issa and Lawrence. Would recommend fully, the acting and writing is (in my opinion) exceptional. I felt like I was watching “real life” as the acting was so good. Amazing actors all around. 🙌 I hope to see much more from the actors in this brilliant production.
