Ive never read this book. But I definitely feel the movie, is truly the Works of Satan. I would never recommend this movie, or the book. Satan is out in this world ruining the good souls, and tempting all of us to follow him. If you let this type of movie in your home, you are making your pathway to Hell. And once you are in Hell, you never get out. You will be tormented and tortured forever. God has given all of us our life span of up to 100 years old, to accept him, and believe in him. He has guven us all of this time, to repent of our sins. Everyone of us are sinners. That is our nature. Its up to you what you will choose. Eternal life with God or going to Hell; where there is knashing of teeth, complete darkness and torture for forever. Hell is forever
