I really love this movie and never tire of it. Sir Tony Hopkins is the mysterious adult mentor to a good hearted boy. Bobbie's cloths horse mother is to selfish to buy her son the bike he wants badly. The 3 kids in the story have a great friendship and fight off the local bullies. There is the first kiss on the ferris wheel plus some other surprises and twists in the plot.
