Surprisingly good. Very funny but also poignant in terms of age Vs youth and the desire to be desired. Beautiful camerawork. Clever..I was very pleasantly surprised. Not a conventional slasher movie so not for you if Scream is what you want. But an 'art-house' ( that's a running joke in the film btw) slasher flick.

A near perfect cinema experience. As warm and alluring as the eternal California sunshine that bathes it in golden light. Wonderful from start to finish, the two leads are mesmerising and the supporting cast deliciously well observed and quirky in their own world's. I was totally engaged from first to last..which is saying something as I'm easily bored into sleep at the cinema. I go once a week so I know what I'm saying is valid.
