Bummer Days

The actors were good. My problem is with the writing of the show. Mainly with the Fl because of the way she problem solves. I understand that the things she went through was traumatic, so it might be hard to talk about those specific things in detail. But you still need to say “ Hey, I’m going through something traumatic that I don’t want to talk about in this moment but I will talk about when I’m ready”. Her coming home being like I quit my job just cause, and her saying oh I cheated on my husband just cause. And then being mad that her mother didn’t perceive that well was crazy. The mom is asking for a reason why. Her friend even said you’re a high achiever so why would you up and do this. So her mom’s reaction is completely valid but she did go a little too far at times. There is another time she does this later in the series but I don’t want to spoil too much. In all I would’ve like growth in communication from the Fl.
