Just watched Leslie Stahl’s insidious ‘report’ from the north of Israel. What an outrage, she starts off saying little reporting has shown what israel has faced up to now since Oct 7th, flashing subliminal snippets of video of Gazan mothers and screaming children, followed by truly ho-hum scenes of Israelis rushing to shelters-Stahl et Al included- leaving the viewer to decide who the Goliaths are. This has been the formula for all the media everywhere. Along with the topsy-turvy upheavals in sense of justice and truth on campuses, comes the complete disregard of the cardinal sin of yellow journalism. It matters what you choose to show and what you don’t. Shame on you all.
