The book was ok but not great ,the writing was good for a YA novel. I would recommend it to anyone it is one of the best books I have ever read. The down side is the story doesn't conclude to much. the whole time I was reading the book l had no feelings about the characters the whole time I was thinking "Why should I care about these people" , because they had no connection to the main cast from the original trilogy. The story was about how The PFC infected the world with the flare and a young DeeDee akaTerresa was saved at the last minute by the protagonists along with there backstorys. The story did answer some of the questions but was pretty vague and confusing. The twist at the end shocked me. In my opinion the book didn't need to exist and could have easily have put it in the 5th book the important parts at least. I haven't read the 5th book yet and that's my thought.

The death cure is the second worst book in the series. The story is more of a wrap up and a coming full circle type story than a satisfying story with a fair amount of questions answered. Instead the plot is a Rip off the whole book felt like they were building up to something big but was more of scam to make 💰, as well as the tile it makes no sense to call it "the death cure" when there was never a cure and nobody died for it and for the deaths of Teresa and newt, Teresa is the most mysterious character and is killed off with have given no answers to anything. Newts death was secrwed up and sad but with little emotion. The ending ended on a nice touch but if you look at the bigger picture it's nowhere near to ok, from what the reader has seen the world is a total wasteland with infected everywhere and in the end there never was a cure and we have no reason to think there's hope for one because this is the last in the time-line and WICKED has just given up on a cure for no real reason because the plot demands it and Thomas and the rest of the gladers telaport to a island in the middle of nowhere and they live supposedly happily ever after. And Thomas is reaction is like "I'm just gonna sit back relax and let the world figure it self out there's no cure and Thomas's friends are either dead or just there. The only upside to the book is that the storyline is over and a few questions are answered with a few cool aspects but overall it was to sifye.

The scorch trials is one of the best in the series and is a good going from point a to point c story. The things I liked were the character traits and suspension, the plot was better from the last and enjoyable. The downside is that the strange sify elements and the confusion way how the scorch is explained like on scene they were talking to a Crack In the city and it's implied that the government still has control of the area and it not a complete wasteland that was a hard to imagine. The ending was weird how group A and group B encounter those Strange blud monsters and fight then there elevator pod come up and and next thing they know there in a laboratory and all are captured. Another wise it's a good book.

The maze runner the first book is a good start to a series but has its problems. The pace is very slow and a lot of description which can make you very bored by reading it. The story is good but lacks character development, the good things are that the suspension is present. If your a fan of the TV show Lost you can get a lot of vibe by reading this like the endless amount of unanswered questions make it good but also unsatisfying. To be honest the first book is the worst in the series it not too bad but of you read the other you can see it could have been much better.

The book was great a fun story with a good view into the past of the gladers. A handful of unrealistic parts but Allright, and a shocking plot twist at the end but the fans knew that it was added along the way of being made. Even though there could've been more to James Dashners universe. Cause the overall conclusion is that Thomas just felt a little doubtful about WICKED and his soulmate/girlfriend/neighbor secrwed him over and we never found out if she truly cared about him. Aswell I wish there could have been more context to the lore and the universe as a whole.

This book was the saddest book out of them all and I almost teared up at the end of the book, becaue of how Newt spent the last days of his life to help a woman and her family that he had known for a couple days. And during the final chapter at how that female voice told him that she would get his journal to Thomas and his friends which is made even worse when you think about it because we knowThomas will probably never get that journal because at the end of the death cure the gladers teleported to a island in the middle of nowhere and Thomas probably will never learn what happened during the final days of his best friends life. Aswell as most readers wouldn't have got the first time is that Newt never found out his real name or his sister's real name and she got her memories back and remembered but it was already to late and never had a chance to say goodbye which makes it straight up heartbreaking. Besides all that the author did a good job for doing some character development in this book.
