Frequently bonkers movie that aint entirely successful but very different.and they do say variety is the spice of life.will leave you mikdly bemused leaving the cinema

Being the first city of the empire london would have been cosmopolitan then and it wasnt great britain at work but the british empire.parts of society wanted to start pogroms against jews .and the only reason racism seems new to some is that most movies and books and society ignored it.

What a performance from jeremy strong.its his movie

A very moving and inspirational movie.well acted and gripping .it is strange thst i dont got to church but did find this film and ordinary angels both very affecting.maybe they do hit a chord with ones christuanity in a deeper way

Totally bonkers and sometimes we definetely need bonkers

Any film that creates a discussion with regards how to interpet the movie and its end has to be applauded.sadly i cant discuss end as it would be major spoiler and i hate movie spoilers more than most things.enjoy post movie discussiob

This film was was gripping and tense i forgot to drink my red wine.say no more

Probably the funniest film i have seen this year.does probably help having a west of scotland background.very interesting backdrop of the irish language protests.not a regular setting for movies.more diversity in narratives the better

I found it gripping and fascinating and very funny in parts and horrific in other parts.very thought provoking and yiu cant say that about every film.

An extra star for being rather bonkers.but all the better for that.two really good performances and did i mention it was bonkers
