Literal days out of the Sarlac pit Boba Fett is turned from a silent mercenary-assassin to a caring hero of the people with ZERO explanation. In episode 3 Sophie Thatcher who was amazing in Yellowjackets plays a cyborg punk riding a bright blue motorcycle from the 1960s and delivers a terrible performance.
Writing is bad, directing is bad, the action was done better in The Mandalorian. It’ll make hardcore fans mad, and more casual viewers would have a better time rewatching Mando.
